Gather and provide competitive intelligence landscape. Supporting the PLMs in the development and positioning of concepts for ingredients to respond to market trends and ensure growth. Supporting the PLMs in the development of sales arguments and sales tools for products, such as one‑page sheets, lists, document updates, etc. Providing preliminary statistics on sales, revenue, profit margin, and product life cycles. Help create tools to improve the promotion of our products. Develop marketing tools to support sales. Propose marketing materials for products. Review and validate global documentation linked to products. Help coordinate global communication campaign linked to products strategy. Requirements University degree in cosmetic science, formulation, biology, chemistry or a related field. Experience related to the cosmetics industry or similar industries is an asset (sales/marketing). Available to travel occasionally (10%). English spoken and written. French is a plus.
