Junior Product Manager Job Description: The Opportunity: Aircraft Performance Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven, and highly motivated Junior Product Manager to contribute to their global aircraft performance products and services. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proactive and detail-oriented Eager to learn and grow in product management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Key Responsibilities: Product Development: Assist in translating product vision into detailed requirements and prototypes Support engineering, design, and QA teams for timely, high-quality product delivery Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business and customer impact Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches Monitor and report on product performance metrics for data-driven decision making Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product status, key decisions, and risks to stakeholders Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Prepare and present product updates to senior management Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvements Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to understand customer needs and pain points Ensure product meets or exceeds customer expectations Marketing and Sales Support: Develop go-to-market strategies with marketing Assist in creating product marketing materials and sales tools Provide training and support to sales teams on new product features Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles (internships and co-op experience considered).
