• Pay: 34/hr.\n\t
• Schedule: Full Time M-F – 40 hours per week\n\t
• Location:  on site – Santa Clara, CA \n\t
• Must be able to provide own device (i.e.. Laptop, tablet)\n

\n What’s a typical day like? You’ll be: \n\n

\n\t
• Provides a wide range of administrative support to Sr. Management\n\t
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments and travel arrangements.\n\t
• Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations.\n\t
• Prepares memorandums.\n\t
• Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records.\n\t
• Prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records.\n\t
• Collects and prepares information for management use.\n\t
• Handles confidential information.\n\t
• Greets vendors and visitors.\n

\n This job might be an outstanding fit for those who: \n\n

\n\t
• High School degree or GED required.\n\t
• 5 plus years of related experience highly preferred\n\t
• Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plus\n\t
• Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.\n\t
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.\n
