The Technical Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to build and scale high-performing teams, primarily within Engineering. This role will focus on driving recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while contributing to the company’s global growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and recruit across all teams, with a focus on technical and engineering roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring each applicant feels valued throughout the process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business, culture, and products to effectively represent the brand to candidates.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and online meetups to strengthen employer branding and talent outreach.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment programs, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders across departments.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, talent markets, and competitor hiring practices to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, including at least 1 year in technical sourcing.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across teams.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
