Job Duties Didactic and clinical instruction in the Surgical Technology program Continued growth as an instructor and surgical technologist via professional development Coordination and monitoring of student clinical placements at local healthcare facilities Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records according to all JCTC and ARC/STSA policies and regulations. Other duties as assigned by Surgical Technology program coordinator and Dean of Allied Health. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; must be a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with at least 3 years of precepting or teaching experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and student support skills Experience with curriculum development, accreditation standards, or program assessment is a plus. Additional Skills Requested Physical Requirements: Comfortable environment and sedentary work: no unusual physical requirements.
