Position Summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is looking for a senior level recruiter to be a critical part of the TA team to help drive strategy, mentor junior recruiters, and work the business to source, recruit, and hire top talent.

Role And Responsibilities

This Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Consulting with the business to discuss and create staffing strategies and provide guidance on best practices and market trends.
• Sourcing, Recruiting and Hiring talent of assigned REQs within specified timeframes.
• Coaching junior recruiters.
• Participating in special projects and process innovation as requested.

Skills And Qualifications

• 10+ years as a technical recruiter in the technology space
• Bachelors degree in business or STEM field
• Strong communication and influence skills
• Collaborative personality to work with various internal stakeholders

The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
