Work Lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. Be responsible for team decisions and expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Hybrid Role – Houston, TX This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX and will require three days per week in the office. Requirements Ten years of experience with SAP FICO, including familiarity with key FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, CO-PC, CO-PA). Three years of experience in a Global Delivery (on-shore/off-shore) model. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate Degree, must have minimum six years of work experience. Bonus Points Advanced proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions and Business Operation Management. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Implementation. Application maintenance and/or production support experience with SAP FICO. Compensation Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
