Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Salesforce Admin (201) and Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification preferred. Strong experience in LWC and Apex development. Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask. Senior resource required for API integrations in sales/service cloud projects and as an admin in the production support team to resolve Level 1 tickets (user access tickets, reports, troubleshooting AppExchange apps, etc.).
