Remote Telemarketer (Openers & Closers) – $20/hr + Commission – Vacation Packages
Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Pay: $20/hour + Uncapped Commissions + Weekly Bonuses

About the Role
We’re seeking motivated and energetic remote Telemarketers to join our dynamic vacation sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for openers and closers who thrive on performance, enjoy connecting with people, and want to help clients plan their dream vacations — all from the comfort of home.
You’ll engage with warm leads who have expressed interest in vacation packages, introduce them to our exclusive travel deals, and help move them through the sales process. Openers qualify and warm up leads, while closers finalize sales and secure bookings.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to qualified prospects interested in vacation and travel offers
Present and promote exclusive vacation packages in a professional, engaging manner
Qualify potential customers and transfer to closers (for openers)
Negotiate and close sales (for closers)
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in our CRM system

Qualifications
Excellent communication and persuasive sales skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Previous experience in telemarketing, call center sales, or vacation package sales preferred but not required
Must have a reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection
Positive attitude and a desire to succeed
