We are seeking a talented Freelance Podcast Producer to join our team and take charge of producing high-quality, engaging podcasts. This remote role is ideal for an experienced audio professional with a deep understanding of podcast production, from recording to final mix, who is comfortable using modern tools to deliver polished and captivating content. Tasks Responsibilities: Produce and manage remote podcast recordings using tools like Zencastr or similar platforms. Handle microphone setups, optimize audio recording techniques, and ensure clear, professional sound quality. Perform sound design, mixing, and post‑production to enhance the overall podcast experience. Use modern audio tools like RX10, Pro Tools, or similar software to edit, clean up, and master audio tracks. Collaborate with hosts and guests to ensure smooth and professional recordings. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the recording process. Requirements Essential Skills: Organizational skills: Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate schedules, and keep episodes on track for release. Attention to detail: Ensure every aspect of the podcast, from audio quality to sound effects, is perfected. Problem‑solving skills: Quickly resolve technical challenges during remote recordings. Comfortable with modern tools and workflows for remote collaboration . Bonus Skills: Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (Libsyn, Anchor, etc.). Basic music editing or scoring experience.
