Description

:The Product Conversion Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing product changes driven by contract revisions and opportunities, cost savings initiatives, short-term substitutions and other various product change needs. This position ensures seamless product changes across the organization by coordinating with Strategic Sourcing, Item Master, Warehouse, and Hospital Operations teams. The role is accountable for the end-to-end process of new product setup, inventory depletion, and system updates to successfully execute product changes and ensure continuity in supply chain operations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, materials management, or product data coordination within a healthcare or distribution environment, preferred. 
  • Experience working with Workday and Tecsys (SCM, POU, WMS) systems, preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of systems and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem solving, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk in product change plans.
  • Effective communicator with proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
