Job Description

Are you a detail-driven engineer who thrives on optimizing processes and making production more efficient from the ground up? Jered-a PAR Systems company-is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who's ready to take ownership of the build process from kickoff through delivery. In this role, you'll transform complex engineering designs into actionable shop floor instructions, refine tooling and materials requirements, and lead process improvements across the plant. Familiarity with ISO standards, MIL-SPEC compliance, and experience leading continuous improvement efforts will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \n
  • Implement custom tools and fixtures to enhance performance
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture
  • \n
\n
