Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform various maintenance tasks on plant equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical experience and hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of machinery.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Collaborate with other technicians and plant personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced plant environment. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment. The position may involve working various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure continuous operation of the plant. Dress code is typically casual but should comply with safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
