About The Role: Working Days: Monday to Friday As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: To undertake maintenance duties as required, making sure all reports are accurately completed within specific time frames. To produce accurate documentation as required and keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections. Undertake minor quoted works from the initial outset, through installation to completion as required whilst completing all required test certification. Ensuring all employees are aware of their obligations under the Health & Safety policy. What are we looking for? NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical / HVAC or Equivalent Qualification. ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum. Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services. Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce. Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation. First Aid. CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification. Air Handling Unit experience is necessary. Desirable but not essential: ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum. City and Guilds 2079-1 F-Gas Category 1. City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition.
