Executive Assistant – Indianapolis, IN
\n Pay: $42 – $47/hr

\nKelly® is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant IV to support senior leaders at a multinational corporation specializing in engines and powertrains. \n Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and high-volume meeting s across multiple time zones.
\n• Coordinate interviews, focus groups, 1:1s, and employee engagement forums.
\n• Monitor shared inboxes , route inquiries, and escalate as needed.
\n• Prepare agendas, notes, action items, and meeting recaps.
\n• Arrange travel, expenses, and presentations; maintain confidentiality.
\n• Anticipate scheduling conflicts, propose solutions, and keep stakeholders informed.
\n
\n Requirements:
\n
\n• High school diploma or GED required; AA/AS degree preferred
\n• 3+ years administrative/executive support experience.
\n• Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail .
\n• Proficient with email/calendar suites, spreadsheets, slides, and video conferencing.
\n• Ability to work with diverse teams and handle confidential information.
\n• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
\n
\n Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
