We’re inviting one exceptional person to join us as an Entrepreneur‑in‑Residence / Chief of Staff—a hands‑on, high‑trust role working directly with the Founder & CEO to shape product, operations, and strategy. You’ll lead initiatives that span product launches, supplier expansion, pricing strategy, and brand growth, with full visibility into how a fast‑growing business is built from the inside. Rotate through key functions — Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing — and see the inner workings of a business scaling 5‑10×. Who You Are Top performer with 2–6 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startup operations. Analytical and execution‑driven: you move fluidly between Excel models, Gantt charts, and supplier calls. Entrepreneurial mindset: bias toward action, ownership, and creative problem‑solving.
