We design and build world‑class saunas, steam solutions, and cold plunges combining precision craftsmanship with relentless execution. We’re inviting one exceptional person to join us as an Entrepreneur‑in‑Residence / Chief of Staff—a hands‑on, high‑trust role working directly with the Founder & CEO to shape product, operations, and strategy. This is not a corporate job. It’s an apprenticeship in building a company—the kind of role few ever get. You’ll lead initiatives that span product launches, supplier expansion, pricing strategy, and brand growth, with full visibility into how a fast‑growing business is built from the inside. Analyze, decide, and act. Build models, dashboards, and business cases that translate directly into operational impact. Recruit and lead. Identify top talent, streamline processes, and help shape our next‑generation leadership team. Learn to run a company. Rotate through key functions — Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing — and see the inner workings of a business scaling 5‑10×. Who You Are Top performer with 2–6 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startup operations. Analytical and execution‑driven: you move fluidly between Excel models, Gantt charts, and supplier calls. Entrepreneurial mindset: bias toward action, ownership, and creative problem‑solving. Polished communicator: clear, concise, and credible with both executives and operators. Builder’s energy: comfortable getting your hands dirty; proud to see tangible outcomes. Long‑term thinker: interested in entrepreneurship, ETA, or leading a division within a high‑growth business. What We Offer Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base + 15–20 % performance bonus.
