Job Description
We’re looking for a School Director to lead our school ministry with warmth, clarity, and a Christ-centered focus. This role provides day-to-day leadership for our staff, programs, and families while ensuring everything we do reflects our mission and values.
What You’ll DoModel Christ-centered leadership and support the mission of our church.
Oversee daily operations, state licensing compliance, safety standards, and school policies.
Manage budgets, tuition, enrollment, and questions from our families.
Support teachers with strategies for managing classrooms and partnering with families.
Select and guide a Christ-centered, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Lead and care for staff through hiring, training, encouragement, and professional development.
Communicate regularly with families and help build a strong, faith-filled community.
Coordinate chapel, programs, and events that support spiritual and educational growth.
A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
State-required director certification (or willingness to obtain it).
3–5 years of early childhood teaching or administrative experience.
A growing Christian faith and alignment with our mission.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in a Christian or church-based preschool is a plus.
