Position Overview
We are seeking a Concrete Repair Technician with concrete experience to join our growing field crew. This position involves hands-on work repairing and restoring concrete and asphalt surfaces using professional-grade tools and materials. You’ll work outdoors, travel to different job sites, and be part of a skilled team that takes pride in delivering top-quality results. At CCS, we provide consistent, year-round work — even through the winter months — so you can count on steady employment and reliable income.
Responsibilities
• Perform concrete and asphalt repair, crack filling, patching, and surface restoration.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and operation of grinders, saws, and other tools.
• Mix and apply materials (epoxies, mortars, sealers, and patching compounds) according to specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in clean, working condition.
• Represent CCS professionally on every job site.
Requirements
• Concrete experience required (joint repair, patching, grinding, or finishing experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for projects (per diem provided).
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
• Asphalt or general construction experience a plus.
