About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership for its real estate development and management platform within the hospitality industry. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, ensuring sound financial operations, and providing insights to enhance property performance. This role demands a balance of strategic vision and hands-on management, with a focus on financial planning, accounting, forecasting, corporate liquidity, risk management, and ownership relations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new hotel development, acquisitions, and management contract growth, and must be a trusted partner to the executive team, board members, and various stakeholders.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 10-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within the hospitality industry. The role requires a proven track record in managing property-level financials, brand reporting, and third-party ownership relations, as well as a strong understanding of hotel P&Ls, forecasting, and industry metrics. Proficiency in hotel financial and accounting systems is essential. The CFO will also be responsible for team leadership and development, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
