The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission-driven team. A minimum of 7 years' of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit finance and administration, particularly in behavioral health or human services, is essential. The role demands a professional with strong accounting skills, experience in managing complex funding streams, and a proven track record in supervising staff and managing cross-functional teams. The CFO must possess the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operations, demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, and have a passion for mission-driven work that aligns with the company's values.
