Kipcon is seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key part in expanding Kipcon’s presence within the community association industry by managing inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and helping drive new business.

You’ll also represent the firm at select networking events in the Tri-State area.

This combines proactive business development, internal sales, lead management, and relationship building with current and potential clients including community association managers and board members.

Remote/Hybrid– Must be willing to travel to clients in tri-state area and industry events as required.

This role may require approximately 25-35% travel for site visits, trade shows, and industry events, primarily within NJ and Eastern PA.
