Suttell & Hammer, P.S. is a creditors-rights law firm representing many of the most well known banks. We currently proudly serve our clients in 11 states (WA, OR, ID, CA, CO, AK, MA, UT, HI, TX and AZ).

*Qualifications*

* Required Education – JD
* Actively barred in: Idaho
* Entry-level attorneys encouraged to apply
* Enthusiasm to go to court and develop litigation skills is fantastic
* Must reside in Boise, ID

*Responsibilities*

* Work remotely from a home office
* Remote and in-person court appearances on behalf of our clients
* Conduct legal research and writing
* Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
* Negotiate to resolve matters prior to trial
